Blog Recipes

Most of these recipes I have made or will be making in the near future and all the recipes are kid-friendly.  Since I am now grain/starch free, those recipes that have beans in them, you can omit the beans and if you want, you can add things like cut up cauliflower or celery root in its place.

Things that I previously had may have some binders (to bind meat together) like bread crumbs, panko bread crumbs.  Instead of using this, you can use grated parmesan, egg, or grind nuts up to something like an almond meal (not as fine as flour).  Things that you can use to coat meats or tofu, you can dip in water or egg, and coat with:  various finely grated cheeses (I like parmesan), dried or finely chopped fresh herbs, finely chopped nuts, pork rinds.  Lastly, to be strict Paleo, they do no dairy and some of my recipes do have dairy as I've not cut that out, but I use dairy sparingly due to being semi-lactose intolerant.

Most of my recipes are not dairy or nut free, so if you need these, it's harder to find in my stuff.

Lastly, all these recipes have been approved by my kids who are 8 & 12 yrs old.
