Yummy Meatloaf

This recipe was adapted from Paula Deen's site of Brooke's Homemade Meatloaf.  Will need to take a picture tomorrow, if I remember.

Glaze:
1/4 cup organic ketchup
2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons organic light brown sugar

Meatloaf:
2 lbs natural ground meat (could be ground sirloin, pork, chicken, turkey or a combination)
1 onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (or 2 slices of bread torn into small pieces)
2 large free range eggs
3 tablespoons organic ketchup
sea salt/pepper to taste

Directions:  Mix all meatloaf ingredients.  Spray a 9" x 4" x 4" loaf pan with olive oil or cooking spray.  Place meatloaf mixture in loaf pan.  Spoon on 1/2 of the glaze.  Bake at 350° F for 30-45 min.  Serve the meatloaf with some more of the glaze that is leftover.

Calories:  470 calories (used about 1.2 lbs grass fed ground sirloin, 0.9 lbs natural ground pork)

Notes:  Here are the calories/protein for the various meats per serving (sugar stays the same) -
All ground sirloin:  375 calories, 36 g protein (4 oz = 170 calories, 23 g protein)
All ground turkey:  359 calories, 27 g protein (4 oz = 150 calories, 17 g protein)
All ground chicken:  375 calories, 29 g protein (4 oz = 170 calories, 18 g protein)
All ground pork:  555 calories, 30 g protein (4 oz = 297 calories, 19 g protein)
