Notes:  I forgot today was Monday and ate my first meal (eggs) and drank 22 oz of water.  So, these are the measurements & weights/results right AFTER consuming those.  My bad.  I have done this 14 times before and somehow just forgot.  How convenient, eh?  The results, however, are still great.  My typical way is first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom, empty stomach.  Like those results better.

Am almost back down to the scale weight of when I ended the Agless Abs program and hopefully next week I'll be back down to the bodyfat of when I ended Ageless Abs.  Have about 10 lbs of water weight left I need to get rid and this week got rid of 2 lbs, so that is good.
