Notes:  It's disappointing that I did not end last week well with 2 days of poor eating.  One day was planned, but yesterday was not.  Just succumbed to my emotions rather than make right choices.  However, I did not undo all of the work done in the prior week.  Praise God!  This may not have been as bad except that I was injured Wed-Sun and did very little exercise other than walk on Sat/Sun.

My knees aren't back to being alright yet.  My left knee still doesn't feel right, but I do need to get in some exercise and get back to eating my P days.  Water was a little weak on the weekend, too.  This is the first week when tracking weekly stats that I did not have a reduction in my measurements out of 16 weeks doing this.  Disappointing.
