After horrible eating over the weekend, I'm not wanting to take my measurements & pics.
SLEEP RECEIVED: 11:30 pm - 7 am (7.5 hrs) ---> sleep was super deep and had a very long dream that I remember vividly. Woke up feeling like I had a hangover (from sugar). My body is tired and achey. I'm feeling very irritable. Yes, the wonderful affects of sugar, eh?
WATER CONSUMPTION (Goal is 102 oz):
Drank 22 oz by 11:30 am
Drank 22 oz by 12:00 pm
Drank 22 oz by 5:00 pm
Drank 22 oz by 11:00 pm ---> shy 14 oz water and drinking far too late into the evening
FOODS EATEN: P Day --- going to attempt a P day again since I failed yesterday
Egg Scramble Cooking |
----> This was a late breakfast for the kids & I. I put in 2 cups of fresh baby spinach but it cooks down to almost nothing. No salt was added. This was yummy and I feel much better eating this with good ingredients over a donut. Duh!
Meal 2 (12:00 pm): a bunch of Trader Joe's yellow corn tortilla chips & guacamole
---> I cannot be trusted with guacamole. There goes my P day with the tortilla chips.
Meal 3 (6:00 pm): 1/2 serving meatloaf, 1 veggie burger patty, a slice of tomato
Meal 4 (8:45 pm): 1/2 serving meatloaf
Wow, I really stunk today at my eating after my first meal. Got wrapped up in attempting to put "Tabs" that were multi-level on my blog and spent like over 9 hrs to really get nowhere but angry, frustrated. Guessing I'm still having residual affects of the sugar. Not sure.

EXERCISE: My plans were to do a light workout and baby my knees, but sitting all day trying to figure out TABS in blogger was no fun. Pretty much was in the sitting at my desk all day thing, which burned hardly any calories. My gosh, I have a new appreciation for web developers. I pretty much stink at this or maybe have a hard time following directions because I don't really get what I'm reading, at least not all of it, just bits & pieces. The only thing that got real exercise were my patience and fingers on the keyboard. That doesn't count.
If anything good came out of all this, I ended up unsubscribing to over 3 dozen things that were constantly cluttering up my email. Every day I must be deleting over 100 emails in my junk email folder and repeatedly from the same people. Some places were sending me like maybe 3-6 emails a day, 5-6 days a week and I just got sick of it. The ones I kept were the ones who send me periodic emails.
Hopefully in the next days to come, I'll see fewer Junk emails. Also did some computer maintenance, got rid of programs on my laptop that I don't use or rarely. Why clutter up space? I also got rid of a bunch of audios that I have no intention of listening to and they were just so steeped in New Age concepts that that is such a yuck taste to me. Fixed a program that was improperly installed (by me). It was so annoying.
So, I guess out of my own frustrations, I just got fed up with things that I was living with and decided to do something about those things. Although, I still need to figure out the Tabs thing as I want my blog looking cleaner & neater.

Hey Doris,
You made me giggle about the template designer for blogspot, lol. I consider myself fairly adept at web design and I was having such a hard time with it too. I have finally figured out what most of the tabs in the advanced section mean and how to change everything, but I tell you I spent way too much time on it as well!
I did my first real Zuzana workout this morning, I did the mash up grand booty thing. OUCH!!!!! My whole body is sore, but I think doing that hour long weight training yesterday also took it's toll. Taking that 1 1/2 weeks off when I was sick made me feel so weak and out of shape.
I have to tell you that it scares me how easily I gain the weight back! I was so despressed after I weighed in yesterday (I couldn't bring myself to weigh in on Monday!)
It seems we are both going through our struggles. I ended up ordering Belinda's new plan. Her diet is very easy to foloow, but I am still following Isabel/scott's plan as she lets us have way too many carbs like pasta, pita. oatmeal, etc on a daily basis twice a day! That makes me nervous so until I get myself under control I am not going to allow myself that luxury. I had a P & C day yesterday so today I had a P day. I did eat the few shreds of fried wonton in my chinese chicken salad today, but it was such a small amount!
Don't beat yourself up over your eating, it will come. Are you going through something right now? Maybe you should consider Belinda's plan? She also gives you a bunch of easy recipes. I am supposed to talk to her soon to plan out a workout strategy, but I am trying to figure this out on my own. Take care! Gina
