Chocolate Mousse 
======================

Put one scoop of chocolate protein powder into a cup of low-fat 
cottage cheese and blend with beaters for about 30 seconds.

This is a super muscle shot that will stimulate your metabolism.

Apple Pie 
======================

Put a quartered apple in an ovenproof pan with a tiny bit of 
water.

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup dry oats with 2 Tbsp water and some 
cinnamon, then spoon it on top of the apples.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes until topping is crispy.

No need for sugar and the cinnamon helps reduce insulin to keep 
you trim.
