Got this from Facebook off a fan page I'm on called Fitness Goddesses/Motivation/Health.

It says it's from Jillian Michaels for losing 5 lbs in 7 days from excess water in your body.


Ingredients:
  • 60 oz distilled or pure water
  • 1 Tbspn sugar free cranberry juice
  • 1 dandelion root tea bag
  • 2 Tbspn lemon juice

Directions:
Drink concoction for 7 days to flush out excess water your body may be carrying around.
