Notes:  I really was lazy about my workouts this week, as I had time Wed-Fri to workout and to do my 4th workout today.  Rather, I only worked out Thursday so far and probably won't get to it today due to an overwhelming schedule of 2 birthday parties, making dinner for my sis & her family, and all this normal progress stuff I do weekly.

My period started on Thursday and it made my workout hard by making me feel really nauseated.  Actually, I've been feeling dizzy and nauseated now for 3 days, so that's my excuse.  Despite my period and not working out hardly, maintaining (only 0.4 lb weight gain) is good.  I did not gain in any inches in the body, rather down in 3/16 areas, so Praise God!

My sleep was off from Sun-Wed, not getting enough sleep.  Got access to a Blendtec via my dad, so I've eaten way more fruit since Monday than I have the first 14 weeks.  It somehow has not negatively impacted my results yet.  So, it seems my body is tolerating natural sugars a little more, which is great!  Praise God!
