Notes:  Wow!  I dropped a lot of scale weight this week and this is the 2nd highest week, other than the first week, that I released this much.  I'm thinking my body is giving up some water, but I'm losing bodyfat.  Lost a whole INCH in my hips area (hopefully love handles) and a WHOLE percentage in bodyfat.  Woohoo!  My bodyfat has NEVER been this low.  My size 12 form fitted dresses are definitely fitting well and some areas, like the waist area is loose.

This week I worked out on Tues/Wed on the Spartacus, but did not on Thurs/Fri.  When I don't get enough rest, I'm going to opt to not workout, but my body felt like it needed rest on Thurs, hence no workout.  I just couldn't fit a workout in on Fri due to a number of things, but my results are GREAT!  I really couldn't expect better than this with only 2 workouts this week.

My eating has been good, but on Thurs & Fri, I did have fasting for a period of 7 hrs as I was super busy with my kids' stuff and didn't have time to eat in the afternoon.  Was so starved when I ate, but that didn't seem to impact my results.  Even eating a bunch of food on Thursday evening did not impede the scale going down Friday morning when I stepped on it.  Granted, I ate the right foods.

The key to losing for me is to not over exercise (listen to the body), get enough sleep & rest, eat correctly and maybe intermittent fasting.  Praise God for my results.  I'd like to be another 5-10 pounds down by the end of this month (water and bodyfat).  The goal to get to 20% bodyfat by the end of the month now seems a bit more possible.  I'd really like to see my tummy go down 4" and my waist at least 1.25" for the rest of May.  Is it possible?  Only God knows.  I'm just going to keep making good choices.

Ideally, I would've done all 4 Spartacus workouts.  Next week, I hope to follow Funk's Wk 9 Beta 2.0 schedule for this week to workout on Mon/Tues & Thurs/Fri for the Spartacus.  Let's see what those results are, but my body seems to not really like 4 Spartacus Workouts too well, as opposed to 2-3 workouts.  I don't think my kids have any extra special events going on, and I don't have life groups in 2 of my life groups.  There is a graduation I'm attending, though, on Monday.  And, I'm cooking for Single Mom's and I'd like to make a dinner for my sister & her husband.
