Notes:  I can only think that I actually gained muscle this week with a little water.  Not sure.  I am ecstatic that my waist is actually less than 30"!!!!  It's never been that small and I measured that 3 times to ensure it was that.  I'm totally doing the dance of joy!  Praise, Praise You God!!!!

Though my weight really didn't change, as I've been about the same the past 3 progress Saturdays, my inches have changed.  I've lost over 6" in the 16 measurements I take.  I have not been exercising a lot, either, but focusing on getting more rest in, listening to my body.

Yesterday I was a little piggie (at least in the afternoon).  This last week, with the Blentec blender, I've been making shakes, smoothies, and ice cream, using real heavy cream or half & half, as well as fruit.  It's the addition of fruit the past 2 weeks that I'm surprised that I continue to drop inches, though, I'm not sure whether it's eating more sugar (natural) or the HEAT here in Arizona.  It's basically been over 100° F all week, maybe one day it was just below 100° F.

Though I've lived in Arizona my whole life, it takes me awhile to adapt back to heating up again.  Feeling so tired.
