Awful Exercises For Your Body

Dr. Kareem Samhouri is someone I heard about maybe 2-3 yrs ago.  I got one of his programs awhile back and it made a lot of sense.  He approaches exercise in a much different way, in terms of greater functionality and balance for your body.  He has a lot of science behind what he does and explains things regarding the biomechanics really well, at least to me.
