Some Calf Stretches

Since I'm a person that loves lunges and squats and have done thousands over the years, as well as done a lot of walking (running when I'm forced to), my calves have gotten so tight, causing problems in my feet, ankles and other areas, even lower back.

Found some good videos on YT to help with stretching the calves better:
