Notes:  I've been sick for the past week and my period started Thursday, I think.  I have not worked out much this week, only 1 Spartacus workout on Tuesday so far.  I wanted to do more, but my body was telling me to not do it.  I actually got sicker after doing the Spartacus, so decided to give my body the rest it needed.  My sleep is still a bit off in that Wed & Thurs I woke up in the middle of the night wide awake and couldn't get back to sleep.

My sugar consumption has continued to remain low, though, there was one day, Thursday night, I think, where I did consume about 1 tspn full of brown sugar with ground black pepper (something I saw on YT) to help eliminate my cough.  It didn't work.  I wasn't sure how often you are supposed to do that but I wasn't about to keep consuming 1/2 teaspoon fulls of brown sugar and ground pepper to find out.  Most of the natural remedies involved honey or sugar and that was too much for me.

Last night I worked on trigger points in my neck area and it seems to have stopped the coughing.  We'll see as the day goes on as the coughing tends to get worse in the afternoon and evenings.  I do plan on doing a Spartacus workout today and possibly tomorrow, which means I'll only have missed 1 workout for Week 6 and 1 workout for Week 4.  I did commit to doing all the workouts, so probably in Weeks 7 & 8, I can do these workouts on the Free Workout days and then just walk for my free workout.

My data is showing that more workouts is not necessarily better for me, as my body does need MORE rest & recovery and the right kind.  So, until my body gets into better shape and can recovery quicker, working out MORE is not going to help me to lose bodyfat fat.  Aside from the very beginning 2 weeks, whenever I tend to workout MORE, my body hangs onto fat for dear life.  Whenever I workout less, it releases it.  Weird, eh?

I am now at my all time low for bodyfat.  I have never been lower than this in bodyfat %.  Last year, almost to the date, I was at this bodyfat %, but my weight was 0.6 lbs more and my overall inches 352.85".  The lowest in inches that I've recorded is 350.25".  So, I'm actually 2" below that!!!  Woohoo!!!  It's very exciting!  Praise God Almighty!
