Notes: This whole week from last Saturday night to today I've had my period, but it hasn't been as bad as last month. Have been super tired and not sure if it's due to the heat, my intermittent mess ups with eating mainly Frosted Flakes (I know, super bad), intermittent poor sleep hygiene, or my menstrual cycle. It's probably the combination of all that.
Though the scale weight is up, my bodyfat was maintained, so I really think it's water/blood weight as my measurements basically stayed the same. It seems like swelling had gone back down or is going back down in my calves. Eating grains & starches, refined sugar does NOT help my tummy to go down, so that's being reaffirmed by my results.
Next week it's supposed to be even hotter here in central AZ, so I'd better buck it up and get used to the heat. I had opportunities all this week to workout, but I didn't. No excuses, so not going to give any lame ones. I just didn't, so my results could've been better. When I workout, I do usually eat better.
