Notes: I did not workout this week. Sleep is super off. Ate quite a bit of crappy stuff on Mon-Tues at the potlucks I went to, and a little bad on Wed potluck. Also, I ate a bunch of tortilla chips on Thurs. Friday I ate well. Felt really stressed for most of the week and began to start decompressing from the prior 2 weeks and the month of May.
After 2 weeks of crappy choices and crappy results, I'm ready to get back to healthier eating, good sleep schedule, workouts and getting back good results again. It's going to be a challenge to get my pictures done today as well as do the video and post on YT.
My breasts are really hurting and have been really hurting the past few days. They seem very full (I know, TMI) and it's almost like I'm nursing or pregnant (I'm neither), so I guess my PMS is much worse this time. It probably wouldn't be quite as bad if I had been eating better. Anyway, I think that's where the extra inches in my torso are coming from - water retention.
