Notes: I finally worked out on Thursday, but that was the only workout. Ate poorly that evening somewhat, as well as somewhat Wednesday evening, and a tad on Tuesday evening. Had a really bad stomach ache yesterday, which is why I think my weight is down some. My tummy has not gone down and notably so with my eating.
So, if I will just go grainless completely, no cheating and no starches, low sugar and do 2-3 HIIT workouts next week with good rest nightly, I bet maybe I can hit 190-191 next week and get below 20%? I am at my all time low bodyfat. Once again, I try to be very consistent in how I do my measurements and if I'm off, at least I should be consistently off by the same delta.
Diet does play a huge role in one's bodyfat loss. The only area I gained this week was in my right calf, which I gained 1/2", which is A LOT. Overall, at least I'm back in the right direction of heading back down in weight, bodyfat and measurements. Praise God!
