  • Thank you God it is Friday.
  • Thank you God for the library system.
  • Thank you God for another interview my husband had.
  • Thank you God I'm feeling a little better.
  • Thank you God for VBS.
THOUGHTS:
  • My husband wanted me to relax this afternoon and not work, so I didn't.  But I must catch up tomorrow.
  • Throat by this evening was feeling much better and my appetite returning.  Praise God!
  • Watched a couple good movies today - I AM, I Don't Know How She Does It
  • Had a mini date with my husband tonight.
  • Tomorrow the kids are in VBS and a swim party, so we have from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm to ourselves.  I'll be working some of it, though.

ACTIONS:
  • Probiotic & 2x krill oil - before breakfast
  • 3 tpsns Braggs raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 8 oz water - before breakfast
  • My heart meds, hair supps, Multi-vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp, Vit E - dinner
  • Water - a little
  • Did EFT for:  surrogate tapping for my husband for today's 2nd interview
  • Hibiscus & green tea iced tea with stevia - some
  • Trigger Point Work (or Myofascia Release) - none
  • TENS unit - arms, back
LIFE TO DOs:
  • Husband to get hair cut
  • Get honey, green tea
  • Renew DVDs
  • Return DVDs
  • Laundry:  clothes (1 load)
  • Finish Thursday's subcon work and return.
  • Sign up for weekend subcon work.
  • Call the online Dojo - Thursday
  • Clean out humidifier.
  • Get red polos from PTO President.
  • Order kids' probiotics & iodine supp from LH
  • Buy hooks to hang bags for closet
  • Update driver's license for my husband - this week
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx - this week
  • Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)
SLEEP:
  • 9:15 pm - 7:30 am (10.25 hrs) - I had to go to sleep early because I was feeling really bad physically.
FOOD JOURNAL:
Breakfast (8:30 am) - chicken noodle soup

Lunch (11:15 pm) - chicken noodle soup

Dinner (6:30 pm) - roast beef & swiss sandwich

Dinner 2 (9:00 pm) - roast beef sandwich & some mini crumb donuts
