I'm always hunting for my various Fitness Blender Warm Ups, so I thought I'd incorporate all of the ones I use for my Warm Ups in ONE blog entry, so it makes it easier to find.

Quick Warm Up Cardio Workout (30 sec each exercise)
  • Boxer Shuffle
  • Overhead Reach + Stretch
  • High Knee March
  • Torso Twists
  • Toe Touch Kicks
  • Full Torso Circles
  • Lat Step Toe Touches
  • Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • High Knees
Easy Warm Up Cardio Workout (30 sec each exercise)
  • Lateral Step + Pulls
  • Slow Rocking Butt Kickers
  • High Knee Pulls
  • Arm Swings + Lateral Steps
  • 4 Torso Twists + Knee Up
  • Jog in Place
  • Squats
  • Front Kicks
  • Boxer Shuffle
  • Cross Toe Touches

Total Body Warm Up Cardio (30 sec each exercise)
  • Push Pulls
  • High Knee March
  • Arm Circles
  • Deep Squats
  • Arm & Hip Rotations
  • Fluid Warrior
  • Torso Rotations
  • Up and Outs
  • Boxer Shuffle
  • Jumping Jacks
Get Moving Cardio Warm Up Workout (25 secs each exercise)
