  • Thank you God for Father's Day - You are the best Dad of All!
  • Thank you God my husband is an awesome dad, even though it hasn't been for very long.
  • Thank you God for my own dad!
  • Thank you God for good fathers around the world and throughout time.
  • Thank you God I have so many good fathers in my life.
  • Bummed that we didn't go to church today, but we didn't want to go without my husband who wasn't feeling too good.
  • Glad my husband let me do trigger point work on his head for his headache.  That made his headache go away.
  • Glad my husband let me put Biofreeze on his sore arm.  
  • Got to watch this really weird movie today and a war movie.  
  • I could have worked more today, but I didn't.  It means less money, but I'm already burned out with my subcon work and in great need of a vacation, so it was best just to spend time with my husband and son.
  • My husband and son got to water my dad's garden, this time front and back.  
  • Made these buttermilk pancakes that were super fluffy and good.  
  • I think my dad was pretty happy that all his kids locally came by and checked out his garden for Father's Day.
  • Probiotic & 2x krill oil - before breakfast
  • 3 tpsns Braggs raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 8 oz water - before breakfast
  • My heart meds, hair supps, Multi-vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp, Vit E - brunch
  • Water - a lot of iced water
  • Did EFT for:  nothing
  • Hibiscus & green tea iced tea with stevia - a little bit
  • Get fresh mint for daughter.
  • Make brunch with kids for my husband
  • Laundry:  clothes (1 load)
  • Wax upper lip & face (sides)
  • Take daughter to my sister's.
  • Finish Friday's subcon work.
  • Get some weekend subcon work done.
  • Submit invoice for this period.
  • Take dad to doctor's appointment - Monday
  • Call Wednesday about changing the kids' registration for karate to Wednesday night.
  • Clean out humidifier.
  • Get membership for karate online - 
  • Send email to PTO President next week regarding son's red polos.
  • Get red polos from PTO President.
  • Order kids' probiotics & iodine supp from LH
  • Drop clothes off at son's old school for donation
  • Buy hooks to hang bags for closet
  • Replace Boostaroo
  • Update driver's license for my husband - this week
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx - this week
  • Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)
  • 11:30 pm - 6:45 am (7.25 hrs) - my sleep was restless.  Maybe because my nap was too long last night.  I also woke up feeling a little warm in the middle of the night.  A challenge to sleep when I'm hot.
Brunch (12:30 pm) -  1 fluffy buttermilk pancake, 1 fluffy blueberry pancake, 3 sausage links, 2 slices bacon, 1.5 chorizo, potato, plantain hashbrown, 2 scrambled eggs with cheese ---> wow, I am really full.  Happy Father's Day to my husband.  My dad didn't want to join us.

Dinner (7:15 pm) - various types of sausages & potatoes and chorizo balls, Colombian style
