5 GRATITUDES (Thank you, Heavenly Papa!):
  • Thank you God for yummy subs.
  • Thank you God for yummy cake.
  • Thank you God for the kids' karate Master.  He really gives a lot every class and more.
  • Thank you God for the ability to hear.
  • Thank you God for time with my husband to just kick back and connect.
THOUGHTS:
  • Talked to a friend of mine who works for Vanguard and he loves it there.  I also talked to a recruiter at Vanguard last week at the job fair and will be applying for a couple jobs there tomorrow, as well as to Charles Schwab.  I really want to get into this area of finances and the big companies will pay for licensing and they have classes to study for the licenses.  Very cool.
  • I saw on my friend, Craig's FB about oil pulling, but it sounds interesting and wondering if it's something the kids and I could do.  I know it's too weird for my husband, but I'm game.  
  • Added an extension app called Facebook Favorite to Chrome.  I like now I can favorite a post that someone writes that I like.  So, when you add this extension in Chrome (I don't know what that would be for Internet Explorer or Firefox), it puts at the top right of your browser a star with a F on it and you can click on that to view all the FB things you favorited.  And for every post, near the "Like" button is the "Favorite" button.  Very cool.
  • More job search stuff in between everything else.
  • Got about 80% of my work turned in today but a zillion interruptions dragged this out and I was really tired from sleep deprivation.  Happy to have gotten this much done despite.
  • Love when my husband and I can set aside the cares of the day and just connect.  He loves when he just play and I sing.  He doesn't care that I'm off key or anything.  
  • Put the Tens unit on my back for quite some time today (lower back) and I hope it helps with preventing me from hurting tomorrow and other days.  Thank you, Jesus.
  • My ears are a little clogged today or feel stuffy and it hurts to yawn.  I am guessing that the music was too loud for me last night with the concert.  Next time we won't be so close and I'll bring ear plugs if I need them.
ACTIONS:

  • 3 tpsns Braggs raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 8 oz water - forgot
  • Hibiscus & green tea with honey, turmeric, ginger - did not do
  • My heart meds, hair supps, Multi-vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp, Vit E - during snack
  • Water
  • Did EFT for:  nothing
  • Tens unit on my lower back to ease any potential soreness from all the standing yesterday.
LIFE TO DOs:
  • Scan & email M the bill.
  • Contact R to get me more details on the position.
  • Get milk for Civil War stuff
  • Volunteer for son's class
  • Get honey, grapes
  • Get DVD player cleaner
  • Replace Boostaroo
  • Take laptop into Softque.
  • Update driver's license for my husband
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx  
  • Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week. 
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)
SLEEP:
  • 12:45 am - 5:30 am (4.75 hrs) - definitely not enough sleep
  • 9:15 am - 10:45 am (1.5 hrs) - got woken up by a phone call
FOOD JOURNAL:
Breakfast  (7:15 am) - breakfast burrito, iced tea

Lunch (1:30 pm) - toasted meatball sub

Snack (6:15 pm) - part of a piece of Snickers cake

Dinner (6:15 pm) - no dinner

EXERCISE:  rest day
