5 GRATITUDES (Thank you, Heavenly Papa!):
  • Thank you God it's my dad's birthday.  I believe he's 85 and healthy, able.
  • Thank you God I got my work done before 2 pm, 2 hrs earlier than yesterday and 4 hrs earlier than Monday.
  • Thank you God for Google Translator to help me work on my husband's laptop that is in Spanish.
  • Thank you God the visits my dad got for his birthday.
  • Thank you God for the internet.
THOUGHTS:
  • It feels really good to be able to complete my work earlier instead of working late into the evening every night.  I was feeling really burned out by that.
  • Praying and hoping my husband does well on his test/interview tomorrow.  He's really been interviewing so much and spending so much time nearly 7 days a week looking for a job for awhile now.  It's draining.  Called a bunch of people to pray for my husband and his interview tomorrow.
  • My Chinese cooking is getting better.  Maybe it's my true Chinese self coming out.
  • My dad was really happy that all his kids locally were able to see him today and he was able to see 5 out of his 7 grandchildren.  I told my brother in Vegas he could do Facetime with our dad using one of our numbers, as my husband and I both have iPhones.
ACTIONS:
  • Probiotic & krill oil - before breakfast
  • 3 tpsns Braggs raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 8 oz water - before breakfast
  • Hibiscus & green tea with honey, turmeric, ginger - did not do today
  • My heart meds, hair supps, Multi-vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp, Vit E - breakfast  
  • Water (no iced tea) - sparingly
  • Did EFT for:  nothing
LIFE TO DOs:
  • Get bananas for dad - husband 
  • Laundry:  towels (1 load), clothes (1 load)
  • Replace Boostaroo
  • Get taxes done.
  • Take laptop into Softque.
  • Gather in receipts for C.
  • Update driver's license for my husband
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx  
  • Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week. 
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)
SLEEP:
  • 9:30 pm - 5:30 am (8 hrs) - Went to sleep even earlier last night, but kept waking up throughout the night and woke up slightly before the alarm.
FOOD JOURNAL:
Breakfast  (6:45 am) - 1/2 cup organic oats with 1 cup water, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1.5 tbpns peanut butter, 1/2 scoop whey protein, 1/2 scoop ground flaxseed, cinnamon, banana

Lunch (12:15 pm) -  bacon cheddar hot & spicy and some fries (less than 1/2 of a large) ---> yeah, I know.

Dinner (6:30 pm) - Homemade General Tso's Chicken with my version fried rice (turmeric rice with lots of garlic, red pepper and peppers from my dad's garden, cilantro, sea salt cooked in bacon grease) ---> got the recipe off of Pinterest
