Wk 3, Day 7 - Sun, 22-Mar-2013

THOUGHTS:
  • Not really sure what will cure my cough or it just needs to run it's course.  I think it's about 3 weeks now.  Very annoying.  Tons of cough drops, cough syrup, hot tea, vaporizor, dressing warmly, heater, colloidal silver, pH drops, trigger points, golf ball on feet.  There are times it seems worse, like the cold or eating/drinking anything cold.  I haven't drank anything cold.  There are even moments that I have no cough, like last night for a few hours white sitting near the vaporizer watching movies.  Going outside the room my cough starts back up again because the rest of the house is cold.
  • Overall my husband is each day feeling a bit better, but when we had to run errands yesterday, that didn't help.  He may have regressed a little.  I've been up and down throughout the day, yesterday probably feeling a little better, but not as much this morning.
  • Today we need to change the rear passenger side brake light, as that is out and we don't want a ticket.  I think last year or earlier this year, I had changed the driver's side rear taillight on both my dad's Escort and our SUV.  This would just be a different light but in the same housing but on the other side.
  • Pretty much being sick this long, there will be no trips during this Winter Break to any snowy places.  This really stinks, as we love to travel and helps us refresh.  
  • The rear driver's side light housing is $60 at Auto Zone, way more than eBay.  I wonder how much Pick & Pull will charge, the salvage yard.
ACTIONS:
  • Took my heart meds, hair supps, Multi vitamins, fish oil, probiotics, cinnamon.
  • Drank a lot of tea with ginger, lemon, green tea, and alkaline drops.
  • Used vaporizer with hydrogen peroxide & Eucalyptus. 
LIFE TO DOs:
  • Buy cilantro, honey, more green tea
  • Dye hair
  • Change the brakelights on the SUV. - easy, thank you YT.
  • Wax
  • Fax my husband's stuff for the E app.
  • Clean the sink. - kids
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx.
  • Update driver's license for my husband.
  • Return stuff to CVS for credit or a refund.
  • Pay for son's field trip fee in January. - will pay for in January.
  • Put away summer clothes and hang winter clothes up.
  • Get new laptop with Win7.
  • Make photo album for husband's mom. - she's not going to get this in time as I haven't even started it.
  • Make photo album for mom.
  • Make photo album for dad.
  • Make photo album for kids' Grandma M. - she's not going to get this in time either.
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week. - I called JT regarding this and he told me what I needed to do.
  • Get some ActivaFulvic.
  • Apply at ST, EJ, CW.
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200), replace passenger side brakelights
SLEEP:
  •   12:00 am - 7:00 am (7 hrs) - semi restful.  Wanted to sleep longer but wasn't sleepy.

FOOD JOURNAL:
Breakfast  (8:00 am) - 3 eggs & 3 pieces of turkey bacon (chopped up into the eggs)

Lunch (1:00 pm) -

Dinner (7:30 pm) -
