AA2 Week 4, Day 1 - Mon, 4-Apr-2011

SMARTER GOAL - Make it through the day safely.

Did, but it was precarious.

SLEEP RECEIVED:  3:00 am - 5:30 am (2.5 hrs); 11:30 am - 11:50 am (20 min); 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm (1.5 hrs), 4:45 pm - 6:30 pm (1.75 hrs)

---->  This was really a crappy sleep schedule.  This was due to what I ate Sunday, some caffeine & sugar to celebrate my dad's birthday.  Totally messed up my sleep.

WATER CONSUMED (Goal is 100 oz):
Drank 22 oz by 7:30 am
Drank 22 oz by 11:30 am (44 oz total)
Drank 22 oz by 1:30 pm (66 oz total)
Drank 22 oz by 4:30 pm (88 oz total)
Drank 22 oz by 8:30 pm (110 oz total)

MEALS EATEN:  P Day
Meal 1 (7:15 am):  3 organic scrambled eggs with roasted turkey breast in grapeseed oil

Meal 2 (11:00 am):   1/2 oz raw almonds 

Meal 3 (1:00 pm):  1/2 or raw almonds
 
Meal 4 (6:30 pm):  6 chicken bunches (ground chicken wrapped in lettuce).  Each bunch is about 1/2 fist size.

NO EXERCISE - Totally wiped out from my erratic sleep.  Basically useless today, though, I did do babysitting for a friend and get through my counseling session, read the Bible with my kids (they did more reading).
