Notes:  I honestly did not expect my bodyfat to go down, but it did.  I did not consume a lot of sugar this week, though, on Friday, I had a Dr. Pepper because it was going to be a long physical day.  I didn't do any REAL workouts this week, at least not in its entirety, but I would basically say I didn't do any of Scott's workouts.  I did some walking, and just a lot of physical activities with my kids and lots of kids.

My weight is up 0.6 lbs, but really, that isn't bad.  My eating was sporadic the last 3 days.  Yesterday my kids and I went to Sonic and I had a burger and tator tots.  It actually didn't taste real good.  There was a lot of salt in the food, and I'm thinking I'm retaining water because of it.

During the week, my eating wasn't totally stable, and off the top of my head, I can't remember.  I didn't document from Thurs-Sun because I was either too busy or too lazy.

Too pictures and at some time, I will do a comparison and post them here, when I feel like it.  Have a lot on my plate this week, as well as next week.  I'm thinking I should've taken my pics and measurements on Saturday morning, as it was better then or even on Sunday morning, but oh well.

Inspite of setbacks, slipups, I know mentally I'm doing better with my body and how I think about it.  I really think I'm quite a sexy vixen, but not in a slutty way, but I really just love the incredibleness of my body.  It feels good to be in my skin and I'm thankful to God that I get to work on my body, even if it's not at the pace I want in everything.  God is so very good.
