  • Thank you God for a good Monday.
  • Thank you God my husband's fan came in and we got it installed also this evening.
  • Thank you God for Daniel, our pest control guy.  Awesome guy.
  • Thank you God I got the hardest part of my subcon work done, but it's still not done.
  • Thank you God for the schools our kids go to.

  • I didn't get a chance to do this today, just some worship.
THOUGHTS:
  • My husband ordered the Corsair fan this morning for next day air.  We got it at 6:30 pm this evening.  Same day service.  Wow!  That is service!
  • We have a busy weekend ahead of us.
  • I felt considerably less gassy today.  Yay!
  • My Polar heartrate battery finally went out.  I got the low battery indicator on probably 6 months ago and it finally conked out.  Sent it into Time-Tec to get the battery replaced.  Hope it's only the watch and not the other two things as all that would be rather expensive.  I just checked the prices on Amazon and they would be a lot more there.  Anyway, it's 3 different parts that I sent in.
  • Forgot to make insurance calls for my dad.  Will do tomorrow.
  • Going to bed way too late today.
  • Husband not feeling so great.
  • Looks like our son's electric Razor scooter isn't working so we will be returning that.  Need to check to make sure the batteries will allow our daughter's electric Razor to work otherwise we need to return both of them.  We got them at Goodwill.
  • Today begins the Tapping World Summit.  I've attended this virtually since they began this in 2008 or 2009.  I can't remember when.  Why didn't I think of this before?  They are making a ton of money on this.  Good stuff.  I need to do more EFT.

  • Update driver's license for my husband 
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx - 
  • Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week. 
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)

  • I can't remember.
FOOD JOURNAL:
Breakfast  (9:00 am) - breakfast burrito & Dr. Pepper

Lunch (2:15 pm) - bacon cheddar hot & spicy mcchicken, 1/3 large order fries

Dinner (6:30 pm) - spaghetti with cauliflower, garlic, eggplant, kielbasa sausage, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, sea salt, cayenne pepper, garlic, onion and marinara sauce

    Start:  2 Minute Jump Rope (30 se med pace, 30 sec fast past, 30 sec med pace, 30 sec fast pace)
    • 15 Burpees
    • 2 Minute Jump Rope
    • 15 Pushup Kick Throughs
    • 25 Squats-Jump Lunges
    • 15 Pushup Kick Throughs
    • 2 Min. Jump Rope
    • 15 Burpees
    Cooldown:  14 min. 

    Warmup:  Time = 4:00
    Workout:  Time = 17:10
    Cooldown:  Time =14:00

    Total Time = 35 min.

    Notes:  My Polar Heartrate monitor ran out of batteries during my workout, so I have no clue.  Need to go send it out to
