- I still haven't started.
- Decided I was just going to do a lot of EFT today. Going through past EFT World Summit stuff I have from prior years first.
ACTIONS:
- My heart meds, hair supps, Multi vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp - morning
- Probiotic & fish oil - morning
- Lots of water, iced tea, hibiscus tea with honey
- Did EFT on weight loss, debt, congruency, raising personal energy
- Gather in receipts for C.
- Sprouts - chicken legs, red peppers, asparagus
Send LW my EFT audios, dropbox.- Get some Saturdays subcon work done.
- Update driver's license for my husband - Spring break
- Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx - Spring break
- Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
- Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
- I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week.
- Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
- Continue with job search.
- File paperwork in crate.
- Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)
SLEEP:
- 10:30 pm - 7:00 am (8.5 hrs) - felt good
Breakfast (8:00 am) - homemade breakfast burrito - eggs, lots of swiss chard, bacon, mozzarella, potato ---> way too big
Lunch (1:00 pm) - 1/3 of bowl of chicken chow mein
Dinner (6:30 pm) - 3/4ths bowl of chicken chow mein
Lunch (1:00 pm) - 1/3 of bowl of chicken chow mein
Dinner (6:30 pm) - 3/4ths bowl of chicken chow mein
EXERCISE - rest day
