THOUGHTS:
  • Very happy that we all went to church as a family today.  It was the first time in nearly 1.5 months.
  • We got to spend some time with a friend, thinking we were going to help him make a couple solar screens, which we did not do as he found 2 screens near his window.  Maybe we'll replace the screen with better stuff later.
  • Our friend gave us the idea to go to a salvage yard to find parts for our car, which may be a less expensive alternative.
  • Found out Costco, even near closing on a Sunday is pretty busy.
  • Feeling sluggish this afternoon and evening.
  • Began watching a video with Steve Nison on Candlesticks that I've had a long time and have not watched.  Very interesting.
  • Helped my son work out some trigger points in his calves.  Very painful for him.
  • Felt very sluggish all afternoon and evening.
  • Didn't get any sub con work done this afternoon or evening as I wanted to.
ACTIONS:
  • Took my heart meds, hair supps.
  • Drank water and iced tea.
LIFE TO DOs:
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Thought I did this, but they never took, so I have to redo sometime.
  • Discount Tires Claims called me.  I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week.
  • Reschedule dental appointment to get teeth cleaned - Maybe Nov.
  • Followup with AZ regarding discrepanies in Child Support.
  • Look up list of stuff Peter gave me.
  • Get some ActivaFulvic.
  • Apply at ST, EJ, CW.
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Reorganize top of cabinet.
  • Find out costs for parts & labor for the things we need done to the Explorer - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200), belt for the P/R/D ($135), odometer/tripometer, cigarette lighter.
