Wk 11, Day 7 (Sun, 6-Oct-2013)

THOUGHTS:
  • Communicating effectively, which means not only the message we send to someone, but our responses to their responses is all a part of living peaceably.  My husband and I have a lot of work to do here in order to do better here.  I know that when either of us are stressed and/or tired (worse when it's both), it makes things worse.  God has really had to help me put a guard over my mouth and emotions.  It's amazing at how just a snap of the finger, a great time can be turned into an awful time.  
ACTIONS:
  • Took my heart meds, hair supps.
  • Drank water (a 48 oz QT cup).
LIFE TO DOs:
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Thought I did this, but they never took, so I have to redo sometime.
  • Discount Tires Claims called me.  I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week.
  • Reschedule dental appointment to get teeth cleaned - Maybe Nov.
  • Followup with AZ regarding discrepanies in Child Support.
  • Look up list of stuff Peter gave me.
  • Get some ActivaFulvic.
  • Apply at ST, EJ, CW.
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Reorganize top of cabinet.
  • Find out costs for parts & labor for the things we need done to the Explorer - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200), belt for the P/R/D ($135).
SLEEP:
  • 11:30 pm - 5:45 am (6.25 hrs) - Went to bed too late last night watching Impractical Jokers on my husband's iPhone.  I had turned off my computer before our drive and just didn't want to turn it back on.
FOOD JOURNAL:
Breakfast  (8:00 am) - egg scramble with eggs, bacon, sea salt, cayenne pepper, cilantro, onion

Lunch (1:45 pm) - a BLT with avocado, onions, mayo, cheese.

Dinner (7:15 pm) - 8 potstickers with sauce

Snack (9:00 pm) - popcorn
