Wk 12, Day 3 (Wed, 9-Oct-2013)

THOUGHTS:
  • This week I'm doing awful with fasting from fast food.
  • I basically worked today at home, with the except of a little over an hour to run out to get a free car wash, pick up some grocery items and snacks.
  • I need to wake up early and get most of my sub con work done tomorrow as we have plans for the whole day.  
  • Wanted to get a workout done today, but no time and didn't even take time to go to the bathroom as I wanted to get my work done.
  • Due to little sleep last night and exhaustion, it took me longer than I'd like to do my work.  Not quite as sharp.
ACTIONS:
  • Took my heart meds, hair supps.
  • Drank water (a 48 oz QT cup).
LIFE TO DOs:
  • Complete all of Wednesday's work and turn in.
  • Get car washed.
  • Pick up a few items from FC.
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Thought I did this, but they never took, so I have to redo sometime.
  • Discount Tires Claims called me.  I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week.
  • Reschedule dental appointment to get teeth cleaned - Maybe Nov.
  • Followup with AZ regarding discrepanies in Child Support.
  • Look up list of stuff Peter gave me.
  • Get some ActivaFulvic.
  • Apply at ST, EJ, CW.
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Reorganize top of cabinet.
  • Find out costs for parts & labor for the things we need done to the Explorer - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200), belt for the P/R/D ($135).
SLEEP:
  • 1:30 am - 6:30 am (5 hrs) - I'm so tired, but my body didn't let me sleep in.  Got home late last night and stayed up late to finish yesterday's work so I could do today's work.
FOOD JOURNAL:
Breakfast  (9:45 am) - homemade P&J muffin

Lunch (1:30 pm) - salad with a breaded chicken patty made by my daughter

Dinner (7:15 pm) - 1 onion ring, 3 zucchinis, a little bit of chili fries, 3 criss cross fries from Carl's Jr.
