Ready to Be Myself - David Dunn

5 GRATITUDES (Thank you, Heavenly Papa!):
  • Thank you God today is my oldest brother's birthday!
  • Thank you God for a date with my husband at a new restaurant.
  • Thank you God for the kids helping out a lot today.
  • Thank you God it's almost vacation time.
  • Thank you God only 2 more days of work and then none for 2 weeks!
  • My husband had an in person interview today up in North Scottsdale.  Hot.  It was not a fit.  At least we knew ahead of time before our vacation.
  • Lots of errands to run today and it was hot.
  • Didn't even pull my work today until nearly 5 pm.  I wasn't able to complete everything and will have to finish it tomorrow.  The hard part is done, though, thank God.
  • Lots to do before our vacation.
  • Really appreciate the kids doing more cooking this week to help out and to help out around the house more to help me be less stressed.  They are doing a great job.
  • Probiotic & 2x krill oil - forgot
  • 3 tpsns Braggs raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 8 oz water - forgot
  • My heart meds, hair supps, Multi-vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp, Vit E - breakfast
  • Water - a little
  • Did EFT for:  none
  • Hibiscus & green tea iced tea with stevia - some
  • Trigger Point Work (or Myofascia Release) - none
  • TENS unit - none
  • Get oil change for Focus - Thursday
  • Dye hair - Thursday
  • Laundry:  clothes (2 loads), towels (1 load) - Friday
  • Get mail
  • Clean bathrooms - toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors
  • Vacuum
  • Sweep house
  • Termite inspection - Thursday
  • Send a message to SS regarding using her as a reference for my husband
  • Get Escort washed - Thursday
  • Fill up gas for Escort - Thursday
  • Deposit vacation money
  • Kids - take out money
  • Pay rent
  • Pick up husband's padfolio from Target
  • Go with husband to interview
  • Pick up stuff for daughter at Dollar Tree
  • Make a list of what we need to take on vacation
  • Call the online Dojo - Thursday
  • Clean out humidifier.
  • Get red polos from PTO President.
  • Order kids' probiotics & iodine supp from LH
  • Buy hooks to hang bags for closet
  • Update driver's license for my husband - this week
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx - this week
  • Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)
  • 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (7.5 hrs) - husband woke me up and I was eventually able to get back to sleep
Breakfast (9:00 am) - breakfast burrito, rootbeer

Lunch (2:30 pm) - beef schwarma pita, lentil soup, a can of pepsi, a salad

Dinner (6:45 pm) - 1/2 bowl of pototoes, kielbasa, bacon, cilantro, green onion, garlic
