5 GRATITUDES (Thank you, Heavenly Papa!):
  • Thank you God for a really fun day.
  • Thank you God for the nice people we interacted with today.
  • Thank you God for a good breakfast.
  • Thank you God for all the wild animals we saw.
  • Thank you God we did not hit any wild animals while driving.
  • It's been a full day and we all forgot to put sunscreen on.  I look like a Chinese lobster.  Not fun.  Got bit by a lot of mosquitos, too.  Need to drink more water.  Felt a bit dehydrated.  Took lots of wonderful pictures.
  • Probiotic & 2x krill oil - forgot
  • My heart meds, hair supps, Multi-vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp, Vit E - breakfast
  • Water - a little
  • Did EFT for:  none
  • Trigger Point Work (or Myofascia Release) - none
  • TENS unit - none
  • 12:30 am - 7:30 am (7 hrs) - better sleep and more last night.  Bed better, but still a strange place and I still woke up in the middle of the night.
Breakfast (9:15 am) - biscuits & gravy, blueberry yogurt, a tiny waffle with gravy, water

Lunch:  (2:00 pm) - a sandwich & sour cream chips, water

Snack - a couple cookies, Pepsi

Dinner:  (9:45 pm) - ham & swiss sandwich, roast beef sandwich, Coke
