Vacation 2014 - Day 1, Sat, 5-Jul-2014

King of Glory - Third Day

5 GRATITUDES (Thank you, Heavenly Papa!):
  • Thank you God for safe travels.
  • Thank you God for a place to stay tonight.
  • Thank you God for beautiful, small towns.
  • Thank you God for beautiful scenery.
  • Thank you God for getting over 40 mpg during part of our trip.
  • We are on Day 1 of our vacation.  Lots of driving.  Lots of people don't realize slower traffic to the right.  I had a hard time staying awake during part of our trip and thankfully my husband drove the whole way.  While driving, I had texted a friend and found out he was on the same route as we were, but opposite directions.  We got to meet up and we found out something that we could save each other money on - thankfully he thought of it and the timing was perfect!!  Thank you, God!
  • Probiotic & 2x krill oil - forgot
  • My heart meds, hair supps, Multi-vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp, Vit E - breakfast
  • Water - a little
  • Did EFT for:  none
  • Trigger Point Work (or Myofascia Release) - none
  • TENS unit - none
  • Finish packing
  • Call the online Dojo
  • Clean out humidifier.
  • Get red polos from PTO President.
  • Order kids' probiotics & iodine supp from LH
  • Buy hooks to hang bags for closet
  • Update driver's license for my husband - this week
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx - this week
  • Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)
  • 12:15 am - 5:45 am (5.5 hrs) - definitely not enough sleep and had a really hard time falling asleep.
Breakfast (7:30 am) - sausage egg mcmuffin, hash browns, sprite

Lunch (1:00 pm) - peanut butter & jelly sandwich (kids accidentally smashed)

Snack (???) - popcorn

Dinner (8:30 pm) - ham & cheese sandwich with curly fries

  • Monday - ZTabata #1 - DONE!
  • Tuesday - Rest - DONE!
  • Wednesday - ZTabata #2- not done - not enough time
  • Thursday - ZSpecial #4 - not done - too much stress
  • Friday - Rest  - DONE!
  • Saturday - ZTabata #3 -  not done - wanted to get a head start on vacation
  • Sunday - Rest Day -
