WORSHIP SONG:
Did You Hear The Mountains Tremble - Delirous

5 GRATITUDES (Thank you, Heavenly Papa!):
  • Thank you God for Windows Movie Maker.
  • Thank you God our daughter placed 6th in the Declamations portion of her first Speech & Debate Competition
  • Thank you God for take out.
  • Thank you God I got to update my workouts in this Butt Series with video clips of each of the exercises being done properly.
  • Thank you God for a day of rest from doing my subcon work.
THOUGHTS:
  • As I have the rule that we will not sign papers the morning of anything for that day, a rule I made up probably 4 yrs ago, I have now set in stone that for all "needs" of "things" they have to be given sufficient notice - reviews of papers, projects, project supply needs, school supplies, etc.  This morning 1 minute before leaving for my daughter's speech & debate competition, she tells me she's supposed to have some binder, which we don't have at home.  I told her too bad.  She said she knew about it a week ago, which she had many opportunities to tell us she needed it, but waits until the very last second.  Unacceptable.

What added fuel to the fire was yesterday after I had made more than 25 stops to places for all sorts of things, starting with her dental appointment that we were there at 6:45 am for, the last being getting gas for the 2nd of three cars that day at nearly 8:30 pm, I was really wiped out.  She said she needed paint for her history project.  Why didn't she think of that when my husband took her to Hobby Lobby when we also had a ton of things going on that day, too?

They must give us sufficient time and I defined what that was.  It's not that we are unwilling to do, but time is precious and must be planned out often for us.
  • Son is home this morning and afternoon to do a bunch of household chores while our daughter is at the speech competition.  He's dragging all the chores out, which is stressing me out.
  • Wow, Amazon processed my refund really easily and quickly.  Amazon and Costco are really great at this.  Thank you, Lord.
  • I figured out how to use Windows 8 Movie Maker, so I can cut clips of some of my workouts of some of the strange exercises that Zuzka does.  I won't put the whole video on, but I can put clips.  The more common, I will use videos off of YT.
  • My mom make a comment to me last night that the brother that has no kids is the smart one.  So, does that mean her other 4 children were the dumb ones that had kids?  If I recall correctly, when none of us had children 14 yrs ago, she was wondering when she was going to get any grandchildren.  Now she is blessed with 7 grandchildren, all of whom are healthy, smart, great kids - all of them.  We all made choices to have or not to have and to have or not to have does not determine whether we are smart or not.

Notes:  I did use my heartrate monitor for this as it's more intense than last week's yoga workout.  However, it was malfunctioning and often had a zero heartrate or it even got super high, so I know it was incorrect.  Not sure why, but my strap was a little twisted and not sure if that impeded the signal or not.  I hope that was it and that I don't need to send it into Polar to get it fixed.  Arrghh.

Intro

High Lunge

Curtsy Leg Raise

Dolphin Kicks

Bow Leg Aparts
