Bodyfat

This is my weekly bodyfat summary.  I only take 1 measurement from the suprailliac and consistently do this first thing Saturday after going to the bathroom, eating or drinking nothing, naked using an Accu-Measure Body Fat Calipers .  Have compared my quarterly hydrostatic (dunking under water) with the caliper measurements I take during that same period (12 times in 3 years) and all my caliper measurements (taken right before getting dunked under water) were within 1%, and often less than 0.5% within the hydrostatic measurements.  Click on the hydrostatic link and you can see how my test was performed by that company (when Justin Stark owned it here in AZ).

I love charts and finally (thanks to my brother-in-law recommending I looked it up on YouTube) was able to figure out how to do this chart on Excel 2007.  Used to know how to do it on older versions of Excel and now I know it for Excel 2007.

Wk 12:  21-Apr-12 ----> 22.80% (45.2 lbs bodyfat) ----> 8-9 day period, 2.25 Spartacus workouts
Wk 13:  28-Apr-12 ----> 22.30% (43.8 lbs bodyfat) ----> No workouts, just 1 active knee recovery
Wk 14:  5-May-12 -----> 21.30% (40.9 lbs bodyfat) ----> 2 Spartacus workouts so far, no coughing
Wk 15:  12-May-12 ----> 21.30% (41.0 lbs bodyfat) ----> 1 Spartacus workout so far, period started

Wk 17:  26-May-12 ----> 21.30% (41.6 lbs bodyfat) ----> no workouts, sleep depr, poor eating, high stress

Wk 19:  9-Jun-12 ----> 20.30% (39.1 lbs bodyfat) ---> 1 workout, better sleep, intermittent poor eating
Wk 20:  16-Jun-12 ----> 20.30% (39.5 lbs bodyfat) ----> 0 workouts, intermittent sleep & poor eating

I have been really out of the game for the past year, but I am ready to start at reducing my bodyfat, getting healthier, leaner and in better shape without killing myself, or making others around me suffer.  Instead of cutting out all starchy carbs, super low sugar, I will allow myself any foods or drinks I want.  However, I am reducing starchy carbs and eating much less sugar or things that will convert to sugar easily.
