5 GRATITUDES (Thank you, Heavenly Papa!):
  • Thank you God I got all my subcon work done.
  • Thank you God for the cool weather yesterday and today.
  • Thank you God for my dad letting us borrow his cars.  It really helps with the gas.
  • Thank you God for job opportunities.  Eventually we will score her.
  • Thank you God for caffeine.
THOUGHTS:
  • Was really surprised I was able to get all my subcon work today because I haven't been home much.  While my husband was meeting with a recruiter, I sat in the car to work, which helped.  Though today's work was long, it was easier than normal and I was able to completely finish and have all my work returned before going to get the kids from advanced karate.
  • Glad both kids decided to go to their graduation parties - our daughter to her 8th grade and our son to his 5th grade.  Fun stuff.  Both cost about the same.  
  • Nice to see that my husband's mom was sort of smiling on Skype and looking not as frail and with a nice haircut.
  • I love listening to KFLR in the morning over K-LOVE and Air1.  
  • Today is the first day I am doubling up on my krill oil dosage.
ACTIONS:
  • Probiotic & 2x krill oil - before breakfast
  • 3 tpsns Braggs raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 8 oz water - before breakfast
  • My heart meds, hair supps, Multi-vitamins, cinnamon, Zn, Mg, Ca, selenium supp, Vit E - breakfast

  • Hibiscus & green tea with honey, turmeric, ginger - did not do
LIFE TO DOs:
  • Take kids to Advanced Karate class - husband
  • Get honeydew, avocados, pineapples - me
  • Submit payment for daughter's graduation party.
  • Sign up for son's graduation party online.
  • Vacuum - son
  • Dishes & table - daughter
  • Order multi-vitamins, probiotic from LH - me
  • Clean showers - daughter
  • Pick up mail - me
  • Replace Boostaroo
  • Update driver's license for my husband
  • Update my husband's ss card at the ss administration office in downtown Phx  
  • Make photo album for husband's mom & kids' Grandma M
  • Upload videos to YT for kids for karate. - Loaded this to the wrong YT account.
  • I need to get an estimate on the repairs and fax to them this week. 
  • Resolve format issues with some MP3s to my iPod.
  • Continue with job search.
  • File paperwork in crate.
  • Explorer Things To Fix List - rear 3rd brake light (whole assembly $120 + labor), passenger side powered mirror ($31 from eBay + labor), passenger front seat powered windows ($120-200 total), left rear tail light ($35 from eBay + labor), rear windshield wiper ($20 from eBay + labor), front hood strut mechanism, rear driver's side door fixing it ($200)
SLEEP:
  • 9:30 pm - 3:30 am, 4:00 am - 6:00 am (8 hrs) - still feel kind of tired
FOOD JOURNAL:
Breakfast (8:30 am) - a breakfast burrito, hash browns, dr. pepper (felt really hungry)

Snack (9:30 am) - mantecada

Lunch (12:30 pm) - 1/2 of bacon ranch fries

Dinner (6:30 pm) - 9 Tacquitos with sour cream
