DORIS' DAILY SUMMARY/LEARNINGS:
- BP - 120/74, 58 bpm - I'm noticing on nights where I don't get enough sleep, my BP (even if I'm eating the way I should) is higher. Yesterday, due to tons of sleep from grain & sugar OD, my BP was lower. Sleep is a huge factor, for me, in my BP.
- No Day Life Group today. This time, I was able to go. Drat. Haven't been to too many Day LG's in 2012, though, I've been pretty good about my evening Wed LG and Tues evening LG. Yes, I attend 3 LG's.
- Need to go to Costco to buy more raw almonds. They are best priced there than at Sprouts, even when it's on sale.
- My son and I made cauli-rice & mapo tofu together. It was fun. The kids loved this dinner. It was pretty easy, but did take about 45 min. total to do together.
- Updated some recipes with pictures.
- Excited a few days ago I figured out that I didn't have to unhook all these things from my laptop to download pics. I actually have a USB cord from my laptop to the camera that works well. Praise God!
- Tomorrow my kids have a half day. I wasn't planning for that.
SLEEP: 1:30 am - 6:30 am (5 hrs) - Not enough sleep. Had a very nice, nice dream last night. Wish I was still in the dream.
