If you have pains in your body, especially injuries or been prone to injuries, I hope this gives you a starter understanding of what might be happening in your body to make you more prone to injuries and what you can possibly start doing and researching.
Though I am not an expert, I am learning a great deal over the past 5 yrs on this and very actively working with each workout to minimize trigger points in my body.
