This recipe is from my friend, Gina's blog -
Cauliflower Crust Pizza, and as usual, I have adapted it to my style.
Serves: 10-12
Ingredients:
- a large head cauliflower
- garlic powder
- 5 eggs
- onion flakes
- cayenne pepper
- coriander powder
- thyme
- oregano
- sea salt
- ground pepper
- ground flaxseed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to BROIL.
- You really need a food processor for this, otherwise it's super messy. Process the head of cauliflower by slicing it and then putting it in a food processor. Chop until they look like small grains of rice. It takes me about 10 min. to do a large head of cauliflower.
- Spread cauliflower all over baking sheet..
-
- Put in oven on Broil for 15 min. to cook. It should be slightly browned.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine cooked cauliflower, garlic powder, eggs, sea salt, ground pepper and whatever seasonsings you want in a large bowl.

This was for the BLT Pizza, which had fewer spices. This had mozzarella & parmesan. |
|
This is for the spicier pizza. This only had mozzarella and lots of spices & ground flaxseed. |
- Spread mixture back onto parchment paper until you get an even layer.

Pizza with fewer spices but more cheeses |
|
Pizza with more spices and less cheese |
- Broil in oven for 12 min. You might want to check that you do not burn the crust. It should be slightly browned.
|
Broiled it for 15 min. and that was too long. |
|
Broiled 2nd Pizza for 13 min. and that was still too long. |
- Take cauliflower crust out of oven and top with sauce and toppings of your choice.
- Broil for 5-7 min. If you don't have a toppings, do not Broil for too long, maybe even 4 min.
