Prep time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 60-70 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup almond meal
- 3 Tbspns coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1-6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped finely (I didn't finely chop mine)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ Tbpsn sea salt
- ¼ cup basil, dried
- 1 Tbpsn oregano, dried
- 2 tspns ground pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Mix all ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl.
- Spray "loaf" pan with olive oil or vegetable spray.
- Place mixture in a “loaf” pan.
- Bake for 60-70 min., or until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
My kids really loved this recipe. I thought there would be a lot more leftovers, but there isn't much.
