Notes:  I did not workout at all this week, giving my left knee time to heal.  My plans were to daily do active recovery for it, working on trigger points and strengthening it.  Instead, I spent a lot of time at the computer trading futures, and the rest of the time I was pretty busy.  Only got to do 1 active recovery for my knee and no strengthening exercises.  Not sure if I will have time this weekend or not, but my plans are to workout on Monday, doing Wk 8's workouts, so I will be a week behind.  Oh well.

My eating last Saturday was not real good, especially in the evening.  I had meatballs that had a tangy sweet sauce with it and it really messed up my day on Sunday.  So, Sunday I didn't eat much.  I've eaten pretty decently Mon-Fri, so no big deals there.  So, it goes to show that even if you're not exercising and you eat correctly most of the time, and when you do slip up, that it's not super bad, that you can still lose bodyfat.

I expected more inches to be lost, but I guess not.  It's okay, as it's still a loss and my waist is at the smallest it's been in a long time.  I haven't been in the 20s since probably before 20 yrs old, so I hope within the next 2 weeks, I will be there.  Oh, I've been able to get into more clothes that are smaller in my closet, so it's like going clothes shopping for free!!!  Very exciting.

Found that I fit into more size 12 form-fitted dresses that are really nice.  Too bad I have nowhere to wear them or no date to take me out to a nice dinner - but then, I don't eat grains, or starches, and am low sugar, no soy.  That limits what I can eat at restaurants, but that's just as well.  My food is healthier and tastes way better.  But, it would be nice to have a nice date with a great single guy, though.

Lastly, my bodyfat has never been this low before.  I have about 25 lbs more bodyfat I'd like to get rid of, and I'm just over the halfway threshold.  It's been great to eat amazing whole foods that are super tasty and lose weight.  Now I got to get myself under self-control and not get myself injured, workout per the schedule and not think that doing more will help me get results faster, because it doesn't.
