Equipment Needed: Polar RS200SD Heartrate monitor, Bosu Ball, Jump Rope, GymBoss Timer
Warmup (2 rounds): 4:44
- Pushups x 8
- Squats x 12
- Spiderman Climbs x 10 total
- Jumping Jacks x 20
- Mountain Jumpers on Upside Bosu for 40 sec x 10 sec rest x 8 rounds ----> Reps = 36,31,19,25,25,24,25,27
- Side-To-Side Squat Jumps for 40 sec x 10 sec rest x 8 rounds ----> Reps = 23,25,27,26,24,29,26,24
- High Knee Runs for 40 sec x 10 sec rest x 8 rounds ----> Reps = 86,110,111,115,120,123,120,123
- Jump Rope for 40 sec x 10 sec rest x 8 rounds ----> Reps = 93,59,58,52,61,65,65,71. I really lost my wind jump roping.
- Alternating Side High Leg Extensions Toe Touch for 40 sec x 10 sec rest x 8 rounds ----> Reps = 34,29,26,27,25,23,24,26
Cooldown: 2:59 (stretching & walking out)Rest Between Tabatas

Notes: My heartrates & blood pressures have been really low the past 2-3 days. I missed a dosage of my heartmeds over the weekend, so this may be the cause, but I have since been taking the dosages as prescribed.
