Notes: These measurements were actually taken on Saturday, 30-Apr-2011 and not today. I had a baby shower on Saturday and knew my eating wasn't going to be on par. I'm happy with these measurements. Wed-Fri were successful P days for me. I've been under the weather all week and my appetite isn't 100%.
During the 2 weeks I hadn't recorded measurements, I had gained some weight, but lost it during the week and hope to keep it off. Maybe not totally as I was probably somewhat dehydrated.
Did not take any pics today.

Hey Doris,
Great job! My measurements have been the same lately. I had lost a bit both in weight and tape measure, but now seem to be at a plateau. Sounds like things are going well, I am so happy for you! I will try to take pictures tomorrow , no time today! Great job!
