Notes: I did not take photos today. Feeling really chunky after taking my weight & measurements. Gained in 5 places. One of the places I gained in (the breasts) is always good. The rest, NOT! Gained a whole fricken inch in the tummy pouch!!! OUCH!!! That is REALLY not good.
This past week, I did leisurely walking on/off for about 3-4 hrs. The first 1.5 hrs I did get my heartrate up, but the 2nd time I walked, it was stop & go.
This past week I ate a bunch of rice pudding (4 servings), about a quart of rocky road ice cream, some cookies, 4 regular sized cupcakes and 3 of them with frosting like cream cheese or the buttercream. Last night I had a healthy taco salad, but had 2 servings of this and ate until I was stuffed. Not sure why I did this as I rarely ever eat this much.
So, this has not been a good week in eating and I just wanted sugar. Not enough protein in my diet and probably too much salt in the taco salad. It was homemade and though I used no fat sour cream and low fat shredded cheese, plenty of veggies, extra lean ground sirloin and no fat refried beans, I think the sodium content was too high. Probably should not have added salt to this.
That plus all the sugar probably made releasing bodyfat impossible. Also, I did no hardcore workouts and had it pretty stressful with things with my ex-husband and Valentine's Day last Monday and all those sweet goodies. Didn't overdo that, but my body is sensitive to sugar.
I did do 3-4 days of Healing Codes, though.
Lots of stress from my ex, or at least I perceive it that way. But, I'm working on forgiving through Jesus Christ and having Him give me strength.
