Notes:  I did not take pictures today.  My weight was actually down more on Saturday by about 1.5 lbs, but I guess eating more normally on Sunday brought my weight back up, but I still had a 2.2 lb scale weight decrease.  That is good.  Feeling much better and I should be able to get in some exercise this week.  Will see how the knee goes as I exercise.
