Notes:  I have not worked out in 2 weeks with any real structured workouts, rather I've done some light walking, lots of cleaning & organizing, doing things with my kids.  Also, I've eaten whatever I wanted, though, not eating out.  I've had cheesecake, ice cream, brownies, and more complex carbs than I would if I was watching what I've eaten.  However, I do not eat a lot of any of those nor do I eat them often.

Also, I have not done any greens protein smoothies, nor taken my vitamins or EFAs during these 2 weeks.  Gotten a little more sleep, spent a lot of time helping my kids with their schoolwork.  I did take my pictures.

I'm a bit surprised by my results because I thought for sure I'd gained weight by not exercising and some of the foods I've eaten, and rather than that, I find I'm a bunch of inches down.  I'm down 9 places of the 16 measurements I take.  Wow!  Praise God!

Will post pics hopefully sometime this week if I have time.  Haven't uploaded any pics from my camera lately.

My left knee still hurts but a friend of mine is going to send me some Mila to try.  He says that it's helping him with his tendonitis and with him and his wife's recovery from exercising.  I'll see what it does for my knees.  At this point, I don't have a bunch of money to spend on experimenting all the things my body may be deficient in.  The EFA, Vitamins, and Protein powders are expensive enough.
