Notes: This is so exciting. This week my sleep has been WAY off. I've been working on a relationship that we finally came to the conclusion where it was headed was not good for neither of us and decided to completely change the course of things. Anyway, that has wreaked havoc on my sleep, which in turn has messed up my workouts and eating. Thankfully since I wasn't working out as much, I also wasn't intaking as many calories, otherwise, I'd be screwed.
My results are phenomenal, though, inspite of only getting in one workout so far this week. I am supposed to get 2 workouts in today, but that's not going to happen. As I committed to doing all 32 of the Spartacus workouts in this program, I will get all of them done before the program is over. By today, I should have 16 done, but I have only 13 done. Today I will get one more and tomorrow another. I will fit the other one in next week, as I want to give my body a chance to recover from lack of sleep.
I have reached the 20 lb milestone of scale weight loss, so that is exciting. I want to see how long it will take me to drop the next 5 lbs, as I have these 5 lb increments now until my goal is reached. I'm not to the halfway point yet. There are another 4 weeks left of Spartacus Beta 2.0. It would be nice to drop another 8+ pounds during this time, and all bodyfat. Honestly, I'd like to see me hit 20% bodyfat or less by the very end of this program. I've never been at that bodyfat before.
