- Went bowling with the kids for the first time in over a year to celebrate a friend's birthday. Fun times.

Nap: 4:00-5:15 pm --- Didn't want to wake up.

Meal 1 @ 7:30 am: 3 eggs scrambled w/2 slices no nitrite bacon
Meal 2 @ 2:30 pm: handful mixed greens, homemade tuna salad (tongol tuna, dark fine tuna, white tuna - a can of each, sea salt, lemon pepper, a whole avocado diced, 1/2 red pepper diced, 1 large stalk celery chopped, 2 small Klaussen dill pickles chopped, low fat organic mayo, 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped, 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped) - I eventaully ate about 1/2 of this mixture over the next 1.5 hrs.
Meal 3 @ 5:30 pm: handful of mixed greens, rotisserie chicken, 1/2 red pepper, crumbled gorgonzola, 1/2 avocado
