Notes:   My period is at its heaviest right now and I'm feeling simply not great.  However, relative to how I used to in my 20s, especially, this is nothing.  My weight being up and even bodyfat up is no surprise.  By next week, I should be back down.

What is surprising, though, is that my waist measurementwent down.  Additionally, finally I had some movement in one arm and one leg, which I haven't had any movement in those areas for quite some time.  This is the first week I've gained anything in my tummy area since I began on 27-Jan-2012.  This week there were 2 days I had some grains, though, so not surprising.

Not feeling discouraged.  I haven't had a true period in over 4 yrs, so actually having one with bleeding is taking its toll on me.  I feel extra tired, my muscles and joints feel really mushy and weak.
