- I've been feeling mentally drained, also emotionally drained. Didn't want to go to church, but I'm glad I did. Got some needed prayer.
- I shouldn't have stayed up late watching movies and gone to sleep on time. Now I apy for it.
- My son threw up in the car. Ugggh. Tomorrow we need to vacuum out the car, but right now we have baking soda on the barf to soak up the smell.
- Finding that I have zero desire to eat things like burritos, pizza, rice, and other things that I used to eat before all this. It's truly a huge weight lifted off me.
- Need to go grocery shopping.
- My birthday is in 2 days.
- No coughing today, as I went to church. Hope there is no cough on days I do not go to church.
SMARTER GOAL: Rest.
SLEEP: 1:00 am - 7:00 am (6 hrs) - I stayed up late watching movies & doing a little crocheting last night. Woke up feeling in a really depressed funk. Didn't want to go to church.
Nap: 1:30 pm - 4:15 pm (2.75 hrs) --- My body felt so tired, but I'm so glad to get rest.
