Today I whipped up this dressing just by looking to see what I had on hand that could go into this dressing with my salad.
Servings: Enough for 2 salads
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil (if you don't want the fat, you could replace this with balsamic vinegar and it'll be just as good)
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
- Blend in a blender or food processor until it looks like a dressing.
- Serve over your salad.
